How are your prices so low?
By implementing practical and conservative practices, and by cutting unnecessary costs, we have greatly minimized our overhead costs, allowing us to pass the savings on to our customers at unbeatable prices. Additionally the company is purely based online, eliminating virtually all additional paper goods and office supplies costs. Not only does this allow us to keep our prices low, but it also allows us to be a “green” company, something we’re very proud of.
Where is your hardware manufactured?
All of our flat track hardware products are proudly manufactured in the USA!
What is your standard lead time?
Standard lead time on normal orders is 7-10 business days. Custom projects may take up to 3 weeks.
Do you ship to Canada?
Absolutely! In fact, many of our proud customers are from Canada. This style is very popular there, and we are happy to provide them with flat track hardware!
Are there additional charges to ship to Canada?
There is charge of an additional $30 (USD) to ship to Canada.
What about lead time for orders to Canada?
For orders shipping to Canada, standard lead time is typically 10-12 business days.
Do you do custom track lengths and projects?
Absolutely! On our products page we have listed the more common hardware systems. If you don’t find what you need there, contact us and we’ll work with you directly to put together the system you need.
In your product description you mention the system comes with one door glide. What is a door glide?
A door glide is a small nylon piece that attaches to the floor next to the doorway. It is there to prevent your door from swinging out away from the wall as it slides back and forth into the open and closed position.
What about returns?
We gladly accept returns on all undamaged goods. Please see our Privacy and Return Policy for more information.
How do I go about placing an order?
You can do this one of two ways:
One, you can find your product on our products page, select your desired track length, and then click “add to cart”. At this point you will be taken to a secure PayPal website where your order will be processed. Once we receive confirmation from PayPal of the transaction, we’ll get your order on its way!
Two, you can email us and let us know exactly what you want to order. We’ll send you an invoice via PayPal with the product description and price. This invoice will take you to a secure PayPal site where your order will be processed. Again, once we receive confirmation of the transaction, we’ll get your order on its way!
