However from time to time mistakes are made and returns are necessary. If it is so that Flat Track Hardware.com is at fault for the necessity of the return, then we will gladly accept the return, reship the correct product, and pay for all necessary shipping fees. If however it is the fault of the customer, we will still gladly accept the return and immediately reship the correct product, but the responsibility of the additional shipping fees will fall on the customer. There is also a 20% restocking fee for the original product.
It is also the responsibility of the customer to return the product in the condition it was received. Damaged returns will not be accepted.
